Role Overview: Route Sales Representatives are essential to our success. They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's product line, including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, to various local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. The role involves driving a Frito-Lay truck, unloading orders, merchandising, and partnering with store managers to increase sales and maintain records.

Responsibilities:

• Complete training in driving and selling over four to six weeks with our team.
• Manage routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
• Increase sales through relationship building, displays, and initiatives.
• Work on a set schedule with days off.
• Operate in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications:

• Be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs., with or without accommodations.
