Role Overview

Route Sales Representatives are crucial to our success at FritoLay! Responsibilities include delivering, selling, and merchandising our full product line—including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to various stores, independently unload orders, merchandise products, and collaborate with store managers to increase sales, take orders, and maintain records throughout the day.

Growth Opportunities

Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative, we invest in your growth. This role can lead to career opportunities within FritoLay or our parent company, PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a four to six-week training in driving and selling with our team.
  • Run routes, visit different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Build relationships to grow sales, merchandise displays, and implement national initiatives.
  • Adhere to a set schedule with designated days off.
  • Work in a fast-paced, physical environment, often on your feet for the entire shift. Operations run 24/7, so weekend and holiday work is common.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to obtain necessary state licenses.
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodations.
