Schwan's is hiring a route sales position serving Mission Valley, La Jolla and Encinitas. You will place orders, merchandise products, and ensure items are shelf-ready for grocery shoppers.

The role offers base pay plus commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, a fuel card, mileage reimbursement, benefits including 401K with company match, paid vacation, uniform allowance, and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and handle frozen product with equipment.
• Prior grocery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Place orders and merchandise to keep shelves stocked.
• Drive additional sales by securing display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise and rotate products, maintain displays, and use sales software.
• Use handheld devices for daily routes and build in-store relationships.

• Pay: $62000 - $64000
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do

In this position, you will place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
