Where you’ll work…

This is a field-based role covering a defined route in your local area. You’ll represent Palermo’s in grocery stores and retail locations, building strong relationships and ensuring our pizzas are always in stock and merchandised well.

When you’ll work…

Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, with early morning starts. Home every night. Occasional weekends may be required depending on business needs.

What You’ll Do…

• Safely transport frozen pizza products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Build strong relationships with store managers and retail partners
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to grow business within your territory
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and ensure displays are clean, full, and organized
• Manage route schedule efficiently, adapting as needed to customer needs

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class B preferred
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and climb in and out of trucks
