Role Overview:

RepRally is a fast-growing marketplace connecting top-rated products directly from manufacturers to local retailers. With over 250+ brands across beverages, snacks, sweets, and more, we empower independent sales reps to earn by selling new products to independent stores in your area. This is an exclusive 1099 contractor opportunity for experienced field sales professionals aiming to earn $3,000–$6,000/month through our incentive structure.

Represent leading brands like Siete, Vita Coco, AllWello, Mike’s Hot Honey, Smackin’, Wonderful Pistachios, Built Bars, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Open 20–40 new independent stores per month in your assigned territory.
• Establish and grow relationships with convenience, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
• Drive product distribution by securing initial orders and reorders for partner brands.
• Prospect and visit stores weekly to create new accounts and increase brand penetration.
• Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions to maximize store sales and earn bonus payouts.
• Independent Hunter Mentality: Must be self-driven to open accounts and build pipelines without micromanagement.
• Existing Store Relationships: Preferred candidates already have active relationships with retail owners.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to overcome objections, secure orders, and structure promotions.
• Territory Ownership: Manage your area as your personal business unit — maximize coverage and revisit warm stores.
• Communication: Must have a smartphone and be able to update store visit outcomes via Airtable mobile app.
• 3-5% commission on every wholesale order placed.
• Expected Total Earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month on average, with high performers earning more.
