Job summary

Schwan's Company in Annandale, VA is hiring immediately for a route sales position. You will place orders, merchandise, and promote new products on assigned grocery routes, earning a base pay plus commission.

You must have a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, be 18+, able to lift 35 pounds, and pass background/drug tests. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekends, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.
