The role offers a $55,000 annual salary, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation/holiday/sick time, and a retention bonus up to $250. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid license, and pass a drug test.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Excellent driving record and no DUI in the past 3 years.
• High school diploma or GED, ability to pass a job assessment with 70% or better.
• Must read, write, understand and speak English; stable work history and good references.
• Must pass a drug test and submit to random drug testing as part of employment.
• Customer-focused, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Sell, deliver, stock and merchandise Herr's brand snack foods to grocery retail and independent stores.
• Progressively grow customer sales volume and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate product knowledge.
• Process orders, manage invoicing, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean delivery truck.
