Job summary

Continental Linen Services (CLS) in Alpena, MI is seeking a Route Sales Professional who thrives on meeting new people and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the face of CLS, connecting with clients, ensuring they have the products they need, and representing a company with a long history of trust and service.

You’ll travel across Michigan, work in the field and office as needed, operate a box truck, and build strong relationships with customers while upholding CLS standards of quality

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to drive up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to push/pull rolling laundry carts and lift up to 75 lbs.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Chauffeur license and a clean driving record.
• Possession of a DOT medical card is preferred.
• Prior route experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent CLS by connecting with customers and ensuring they have the products they need.
• Build strong relationships and deliver high-quality service across Michigan.
• Travel to customer locations, operate a box truck, and use company devices.
• Maintain CLS standards and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety and compliance requirements for routes and deliveries.
