Job summary

Continental Linen Services (CLS) is seeking a Route Sales Professional to be the face of CLS on the road, connecting with customers and ensuring they have the products they need. This role combines in-office coordination with frequent travel to client locations across Michigan.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, a chauffeur license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Prior route experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with strong verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to drive up to 12 hours a day if necessary.
• Capable of pushing/pulling rolling laundry carts and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Chauffeur License and a clean driving record.
• Prior route experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of CLS, ensuring customers receive products and support.
• Travel to customer locations and manage route assignments.
• Maintain relationships with customers and represent CLS values on the road.
