Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local Jackson, MI route and serve nearby stores. You will unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and maintain daily records with provided tools.

Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and the ability to obtain state licensures.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
