CJ Schwan's in Virginia is hiring a route-based sales associate to ensure products are available on store shelves and promoted to shoppers. You will place orders, drive additional sales, and merchandise displays while using handheld tech to complete daily tasks.

The role offers a base salary with commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, a fuel card, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, uniform and footwear allowance, and

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product with equipment.
• Will undergo pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, rotate product; use handheld technology and sales software.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.
