Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring in New Jersey for a route sales position. You will place orders and merchandise products to ensure our brands appear on store shelves and are readily available to grocery shoppers.

The role offers a base pay with commission, a Monday–Friday schedule (occasional weekends), mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise to ensure products are available on shelves.
• Drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise, maintain displays, and rotate products.
• Use handheld devices and sales software to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
• Use your personal vehicle for daily route.
