Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a local route driver to service Mansfield, OH. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for shoppers.

You will build strong relationships with store managers, support national and local initiatives, and maintain records with supplied tools. Training is provided in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
