Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service Erlanger, KY and nearby stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

The role involves building strong relationships with store managers, maintaining records, and supporting local and national initiatives. Training is provided, with varied daily start times and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
