Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking delivery professionals to join our relief pool in Machesney Park, IL. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver orders, and check in with store teams.

Training will be provided, and you’ll stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives. The role requires a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and flexibility with schedule variations during the relief pool.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
