Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery driver in Naples, FL to service local stores with efficiency and care. Start at 4:00 AM, with a variable schedule and two days off per week; you will unload, stock, and rotate products while building strong relationships with store managers to drive consistent sales.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license with insurance, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Training and benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
