Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a route delivery driver in Indianapolis, IN to stock shelves, serve local stores, and drive a PepsiCo truck on a daily route. The role starts early at 4am and runs 9–11 hours across five days, with pay of $64,000 annual target and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and the ability to obtain state licenses as needed, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
