Freudenberg Group, a global technology company, is recruiting for a Direct Sales Distribution role in the United States. This position supports the team with independent planning, strong organization, and decision-making abilities to drive field sales and inventory management.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, DSD experience, a valid driver’s license with DOT certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required; post-high school studies preferred.
• Experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) is required.
• Ability to work independently, plan effectively, and make informed business decisions without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a DOT-certified truck up to 16 feet in length.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT Physical and DOT Medical Card with 1-year renewal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and inventory management.
• Ability to travel and work flexible schedules as needed.
