Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Bowie, TX is hiring for a full-time delivery driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, serving neighborhood stores with care and accuracy. You'll unload product, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, collect proofs of delivery, and maintain daily records using provided tools.

Training is provided to get you up to speed. This role requires early starts and some lifting, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with store teams to grow sales and ensure

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
