Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated full-time delivery driver in Pharr, TX to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, stocking shelves and delivering orders to nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
