Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery driver to service local stores in Seneca, PA. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You will build relationships with store managers, grow sales, and execute national and local initiatives. On-the-job and hands-on training is provided for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Represent beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos in the community and stock shelves for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
