Job summary

PepsiCo in McCook, NE is seeking a full-time route driver to service local stores with efficiency and care. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on a fixed route, deliver orders, collect proof of delivery, unload products, stock and rotate shelves to ensure freshness for shoppers.

On-the-Job Training is provided and the role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within PepsiCo’s sales and merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
