Job summary

PepsiCo in Decorah, IA is seeking a route delivery driver to service local retail locations on a night-time schedule. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, and collect proof of delivery while unloading and stocking shelves for freshness and availability.

Using provided tools, you will maintain records and build strong relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining product quality to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, serving stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records with provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
