Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and resolve customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to service clients on the route.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain driver documentation.
• Manage route independently for accurate, timely deliveries.
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and install new accounts.
• Communicate service details, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as required.
