Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver to service local stores in the Kansas area. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on designated routes, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and order products while maintaining records with provided tools.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and ensure displays align with national and local initiatives. Training will be provided, along with health and lifestyle benefits for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
