Job summary

El Milagro Inc. is seeking a Route Salesman on a full-time basis to manage an established delivery route in Indianapolis. The role includes delivering products, restocking inventory, promoting new offerings, and cultivating customer relationships to drive sales growth.

You will handle payments, maintain records, and identify opportunities to increase sales within your territory, with early start times and weekend work typical.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license Class C required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
• Route sales, delivery or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established delivery route and ensure timely distribution.
• Promote new products and upsell to customers.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure truck, pallets and equipment are organized and safe.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
