Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in the industry for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Palmer/Wasilla, AK. Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for regular route merchandisers as needed, adapting to varying schedules based on company and customer requirements
• Merchandise store shelves and displays to ensure products are attractively presented and fully stocked
• Rotate products and remove unsalable items to maintain product freshness and quality
• Maintain backroom areas and shelves in a neat and orderly condition
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and team members to support merchandising goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferably two (2) years of merchandising experience
• Understanding of merchandising and product displays preferred, or willingness to learn
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability, including punctuality and consistent performance
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

$21 per hour plus bonus program
