Job summary

Northern Sales Company in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Route Merchandiser to ensure products are well-presented and available by stocking shelves and maintaining displays.

You'll work 4:00 pm–8:00 pm Thursday through Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off), collaborating with store staff to hit merchandising goals. Requirements include 1–2 years merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and being at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise store shelves and displays to company standards.
• Rotate products and remove unsalable items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain backroom areas and shelves in a neat and orderly condition.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and company team members to achieve merchandising goals.
