Aramark is seeking a Route Sales Manager in Minnesota to supervise a team of Route Drivers and Sales reps, driving profitability and client growth. You will communicate with clients and upper management daily, ensuring service standards and safety culture across routes.

Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or related tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability and growth of existing and potential customers and maintain the market center’s total managed volume.
• Develop the Service and Safety culture and lead the team to grow base business and strengthen client partnerships.
• Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor daily route assignments to meet company standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to route sales staff on growth opportunities and performance.
• Maintain all business records including DOT requirements and client pricing.
