Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Route Sales Relief Driver - Jumper - SBE to support our customer accounts on the route, promoting growth and ensuring high service levels. The candidate will engage with customers to identify needs, help renew agreements, and maintain strong relationships while delivering products on schedule.

The role requires 1–2 years of public-facing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain DOT certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a role with heavy public contact.
• Excellent communication with clients and operations staff.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, renew service agreements, and retain customers.
• Identify opportunities to solicit new business and expand revenue with current customers and new accounts.
• Build and maintain respectful customer relationships and provide outstanding service with ownership mindset.
• Focus on account retention and promptly address issues and opportunities as the first/primary responder.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading, correct merchandise quantity, stocking, rotation, and equipment maintenance.
