Job Responsibilities

• Supply customers with ice cream and pizza and other frozen items that they need to keep their shelves and bunkers full.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a courteous, prompt manner to maintain a loyal partnership.
• Ensure effective communication at all levels of the customer transaction and remain available when issues arise.
• Meet sales goals set with a supervisor every month to guarantee territory growth and sales goals are met.
• Deliver company products to customers, including loading, unloading, and merchandising.
• Perform physical challenges several times throughout the day while maintaining a positive attitude when dealing with customers or teammates.
• Learn company policies and procedures and work within them, whether in the office, warehouse, or delivering goods.
• Build strong relationships with customers in a fast‑paced, constantly moving environment.
• Be compliant with DOT regulations.
