Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Route Sales Driver in Illinois. This role represents ICEE professionally, delivers products, rotates inventory, completes invoices, and maintains machines on a daily route. A provided vehicle, uniform, cell phone, tablet, and gas card support the position.

You will load/unload, manage inventory, and discuss new products with store staff, while training on equipment and maintaining promotional materials. Strong customer relations and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT requirements.
• Preferred two years Customer Service and/or Route Driving experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload the company vehicle and verify inventory for daily routes.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and ensure prompt product delivery.
• Discuss new products and promotions with store personnel.
• Ensure proper training of equipment for store staff unfamiliar with operation.
• Clean machines and replenish stock of cups, lids, and straws.
• Document store PO numbers on invoices as required.
• Perform weekly vehicle checks and complete DVIR as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties like cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving.
• Attend weekly meetings at the Service Center.
