Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a motivated Route Sales professional in the Duluth area to sell products and deliver outstanding service. You will solicit new customers daily, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue while ensuring accurate deliveries and safe operation of a company vehicle.

The role requires 6+ months in driving/delivery and prior sales experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license and corporate-insurance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of driving/delivery experience.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing customers daily and promote products.
• Develop relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Identify potential new customers and solicit business.
• Convey product information and availability to grow revenue and customers.
• Attend sales training to review goals and performance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and safe vehicle operation.
• Deliver/install products along the route and obtain customer signatures.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the daily route independently for timely deliveries.
