Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a CDL Class B route delivery position in Oklahoma City. You will deliver and merchandise products, place orders to increase display space, and build strong relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Previous DSD, grocery, delivery, or warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement; must be 21+ and able to meet medical certification.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Work a Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend travel); early morning start.
• Unload products, store in back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Place orders and drive sales by securing display space.
• Merchandise and rotate product; maintain display space.
• Use handheld technology and sales software daily.
• Build in-store relationships; work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.

What You Will Do

In this CDL Class B position, you provide route coverage while delivering product, placing orders, and merchandising product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers. In addition, this position provides opportunities to develop the leadership skills needed for leadership positions.
