Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route driver in Willow Springs, MO to serve local stores with care. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools. Build strong store relationships to grow sales and implement initiatives.

The role includes on-the-job training, a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and comprehensive benefits as a full-time team member.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Work Days: 5 Days a week.




• Start Time: 5:00 - 7:00 AM




• End Time: End times varies based on route completion and business needs.
