Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring for a full‑time route delivery role in Indian River, MI. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver orders to stores, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain records with provided tools.

Start time is 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM, five days a week. You must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40 lbs. On‑the‑job training and health benefits are provided, with opportunities for long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
