Job summary

PepsiCo in Tualatin, OR is seeking a dedicated route delivery driver to bring beloved brands to local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, unload and stock shelves, check in orders, and build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales.

This full-time position includes on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment with lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift, plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
