Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver to service local stores across the Reading, PA area. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools. You will build relationships with store managers to boost sales and execute local initiatives.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a commitment to safety and reliability in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
