Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time route driver to service local stores in the area. You will operate a PepsiCo truck, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and verify deliveries with store teams as required.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store managers to drive sales and execute local and national initiatives, with on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
