PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver in Paw Paw, MI to run local routes, stock shelves, and ensure product freshness. You’ll unload, check in orders, and maintain daily records using provided tools, while building strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives.

Must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. The role includes on-the-job training and full-time employment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
