Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full‑time road routes driver in Cuero, TX. You’ll operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check orders with stores, unload and stock products, and rotate stock to ensure freshness throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, physical work with on‑the‑job training, competitive pay, and health benefits. Start times are overnight, with variable schedules and two days off per week.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays
