Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a full‑time delivery driver in Swink, CO, starting at 4 AM with variable daily routes. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, unload and stock products, and maintain inventory across local stores. Training provided and there are opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
