Job summary

PepsiCo in Bend, OR is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to support local stores on a fast-paced route. The role starts early (4:00 AM to 6:00 AM) and requires lifting, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure product freshness and quality for consumers.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain required licensures.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
