Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Washington is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to service local stores across Washington, Montana and Idaho, with a variable schedule and two days off per week.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and build relationships with store managers while adhering to safety standards and training provided. This full‑time role offers benefits and opportunities to grow within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
