Job summary

PepsiCo in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Route Delivery Driver who can safely operate a PepsiCo truck, serve local stores, and ensure accurate order checking and proof of delivery.

You will unload, stock, rotate inventory, and execute national and local initiatives while maintaining positive relationships with store managers. On-the-job training and a fast-paced environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
