Job summary

PepsiCo in Sterling, VA is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to serve local stores on a full-time basis. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on assigned routes, unload product, stock shelves, and verify deliveries with store teams.

You'll start early (around 5:00 AM), work a 5- to 7-day schedule, lift up to 40 lbs, build relationships with store managers, and help grow sales while following national and local initiatives. On-the-job training and a high-energy environment are provided.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
