Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated route delivery driver in San Diego to serve local stores with care. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for consumers.

The role involves on-the-job training, an energetic fast-paced environment, and opportunities for growth. Must be at least 21, have a valid license and insurance, and be able to lift 40 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
