Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to bring beloved brands to local stores. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, unload, stock shelves, and maintain records with provided tools; on-the-job training is offered and Health & Lifestyle benefits are provided.

Start times vary, with most days starting early. This role requires lifting 40 lbs., a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain state licensures as required by law; we offer a path to long-term career

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Pay: $65,000 Annual Target

• Location: Frisco, TX

• Work Days: Variable working schedule 2 days off per week
• Start Time: 3:00am-5:00am
• End Time: When work is completed
