Job summary

PepsiCo in North Augusta, SC is hiring a delivery driver to stock shelves, load and unload product, and build relationships with local retailers on a rotating schedule. The role requires driving a PepsiCo truck on a route, delivering and checking in orders, and managing inventory to ensure freshness.

This full-time position includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Location: 144 Sweetwater Rd., North Augusta, SC, 29860

• Schedule: Days off change weekly. Guaranteed two days off per week, not necessarily consecutive days off., 4AM for Large Format, 6AM for Small Format - When all stops are complete, no set end time
