Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to service Aberdeen, NC on a regular route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, and build relationships with store managers to support sales and displays.

You'll unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and use provided tools to record daily activity. This full-time role includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.

• Location: 10000 Hwy 211 E, Aberdeen, NC, 28315

• Schedule: variable schedule, 2 days off per week, Depends on route - 2am average - 12 - 14 hr shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
